POSITION TITLE: SALESFORCE.COM DEVELOPER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contract-to-hire. Work from home initially, until office space is secured. Applicants must be local to the Triangle or willing to relocate.

Wired Triangle seeks a developer with OOP-based development experience, preferably with strong Salesforce.com experience.

You will be joining a small and growing team in an area that is growing when so few currently are. Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform for application development are experiencing an explosion of adoption & the opportunities are big.

You will focus mostly on configuration of the SFDC CRM tool and related development with Apex & Visualforce, SFDC's MVC development framework. As a member of a small company, there will be plenty of opportunity (requirement) to wear other hats, though development will be the focus of this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical requirements: strong OO development skills, experience developing enterprise level applications (preferably in an MVC framework), web-services applications, command of application development security principles, experience using revision control systems such as SVN, CVS. Strong preference given to candidates with Apex and Visualforce development experience.

Technical plusses: Understanding of UI principles, Javascript.

Experience requirements: experience working in a team environment, including project managers, designers, etc.

Experience plusses: Business process analysis, experience working with sales teams, experience defining application requirements, client facing work.
