POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST / SALESFORCE.COM ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full-time. Applicants must be local to the Triangle or willing to relocate.

Wired Triangle seeks a business analyst / senior Salesforce.com administrator with 2+ years experience using and configuring SFDC.
You will be joining a small and growing team in a market that is experiencing strong growth. In joining a small organization, you will have the opportunity to, and will be expected to participate in many different roles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing configuration components of client implementation or application development projects, working along side developers.
  • Basic training for new users or advanced training in specific feature areas (workflow, territory management, customizable forecasting, etc.).
  • Holding the primary role in client "Quick Start" implementations, which entails basic business process review, design of SFDC implementation, configuration of a new org, and training/roll-out to the organization.
  • Developing training materials, knowledge base content, etc.
  • Performing outsourced administration tasks and technical support for our customers.
  • Some travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical requirements: strong Salesforce.com administration skills and deep knowledge of the platform capabilities, strong Excel skills including experience with data migration.

Technical plusses: knowledge of various AppExchange applications (email marketing, form merge, etc.), creating screencast videos / demos, graphic design skills.

Experience requirements: strong customer-facing interface capability, experience collecting and defining business requirements for application and process development, experience training groups on technical subjects.

Experience plusses: phone/email technical support, residential real estate.
